How I Created an Elegant Fall Tree in the Living Room

If you have visited Debbie-Dabble before, you know that I just do not have a decorated "Tree" in our house for Christmas only........

I have "Trees" decorated for all Seasons and for every Holiday all year round.......

Fall is no exception but this year, I have decided to "Go Big"!!!
I was not able to decorate last year because of a major Remodel of almost all of our downstairs but this was the Fall Tree that I had in our Living Room 2 years ago..........
It was a 5 foot potted Tree.......
Nice enough but I decided that if we brought in the 7 foot Tree that I use in the Living Room for Christmas and then leave up and re-decorate for Valentine's Day, I would already have it up and all the lights on it ready to decorate for Christmas right after Halloween is over.......

Making things a lot easier on me......

So here is my Fall Tree in the Living Room for this Season.....
But let me start at the beginning........

First I tucked several different kinds of Fall Florals into the Tree......
Some I had used in decorating the previous tree......
And some like the glittery copper branch you see on the bottom right of this photo were bought after Christmas on Clearance at 90% off at Michaels!!!
More of those glittery copper stems......
Some Fall leaf picks.......
And some branches to start the head piece of the Tree.....
Then I added all the lights that I usually have on this Tree at Christmas Time plus 2 sets of orange LED lights.....
I only have one set of orange lights on in these pictures because I discovered the second set ( which I forgot about) in another box a little later .....
Looking pretty "Fallish", don't you think????
Here she is lit.....
Yes, it is a lot of lights but Rule of Thumb in lighting a Tree is a minimum of 100 lights per Foot so a minimum of 700 lights on this Tree.......
There is over 1000 but once you put more decorations on, the lights get covered up so to speak.....
And now to the ornaments.........

I had been buying these after Christmas on Clearance and I found some in Thrift Stores......
Ornaments in Copper and Chocolate Brown and some Gold.........
The blue ones were used on my Patriotic Tree in the Summer.....
I was actually worried that I would not have enough for the "big" Tree.....

Silly Me!!
I finished adding a few more Florals to the top of the Tree and topped it off with a bow I made of pretty Fall Ribbons.....
And with a few more ornaments, she was finished.......
I added a few more Fall Flowers.......
There's even a Butterfly.......
Leaf Ornaments......
 Pumpkin Ornaments.....
 Acorn ornaments.....
An Owl.....
 Or Two.....
 Some burgundy and gold ornaments......
And some fancy ones.....
 A Bird.....
I am very happy with the way it came out!!
It looks nice in the day light even without the lights lit!
But it also looks pretty lit up too!
Before I show you  how she looks at night , I want to show you how I decorated around the bottom of the Tree.....
I used a red wagon that I repainted 2 years ago and I filled it with fancy pumpkins......
Added a few of my Fall Bearington Bears to the vignette!
I also decorated the chair with some pumpkins that I Dabbled a bit with......
I will share more on how I dabbled with some of these pumpkins in my next post......
 And now....

Here she is all lit up at night!!
Let me show you some close ups......
The Top......
The Middle.......
The Bottom.......
In all Her Glory!!!
HAPPY FALL!!!

So that is how I created an Elegant Fall Tree in Living Room for this Season!!
I am thrilled with how this corner of the Living Room looks.......
I am still not quite finished with the rest of the Living Room but I will be sharing how I Dabbled and Blinged up some pumpkins that I had bought on Clearance last year and what I added to an existing wreath to create a more Elegant Fall look in the Living Room.......
So I do hope you will come back to visit in a few days.......
